Induction training of new field staff
Nineteen new Village Malaria Workers (VMWs) were recruited in the month of march. To better orient them with their core deliverables and the workplace, they were attached provisionally with their Malaria Field Coordinators (MFCs) for 15 days to observe and assist, but not to Track, Test & Treat. Following this, they were called for the formal induction training at the MEDP office from April 2nd to 4th, 2018. The new VMWs have received their Track, Test and Treat certificate from the CMHO Mandla and are actively deployed in their work areas.
